ALEKS (ALEKSANDRA) ROCHON

Over the course of my career, I learned early on that one of the keys to effective leadership was surrounding myself with talented, like-minded individuals. During my corporate years at Miele where I oversaw the management of the corporate showroom galleries across the country managing a team of culinary and product experts, I made it a priority to recruit individuals who not only excelled professionally, but who, by common interest, often became trusted friends as well. Aleksandra was one of those people.

From the very beginning, we simply naturally “clicked”. While we may not always be in regular contact, there has always been a genuine sense of comfort, trust and familiarity between us — as though no time has passed at all. We learned from one another, leaned on each other to get the job done, and shared a strong professional bond built on mutual respect. In her role managing the Miele Gallery in Montreal, I could always count on Aleks. When she gave you her word, she delivered — and always went above and beyond. That bond has remained over the years and always will. Today, Aleks continues to be a valued senior member of Miele in Montreal, as well as a devoted wife to Fred and proud mother to her two sons, Mark and Erik.
